Håkon Haugli (b. 1969) is the CEO of Innovation Norway starting May 15, 2019. Previously, Haugli was the CEO of Abelia, the business association of Norwegian knowledge and technology-based enterprises; a part of the Confederation of Norwegian Business and Industry, NHO.

Before that he was a Member of Parliament, representing the Labor party, serving as a member of the Standing Committee on Local Government and Public Administration, and the Standing Committee on Health and Care Services. During this period, he was part of the permanent delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, and a delegate to the UN General Assembly.

Prior to Parliament, Haugli was Director of settlements and customer service at Gjensidige Insurance. He has also been Director of HR and Organization and Sales Director at Gjensidige Pension and Savings and has experience from the consulting firms McKinsey & Co and ISCO Group. In the late 90s he worked in Washington DC for Youth For Understanding. Haugli is a member of The Norwegian Parliamentary Intelligence Oversight Committee (EOS Committee) and has been a Board Member of the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund (Lånekassen), a member of SINTEF's Council, the Council of the Norwegian Patent Office and the Health Care 21 Council. Haugli has law degree from the University of Oslo. Haugli was born in Oslo and grew up in Lørenskog in Akershus
